In the Don’t Tell Me the Score podcast, neuroscientist Prof. Shane O’Mara tells Simon Mundie how walking benefits our muscles and posture, helps to protect and repair organs, aids digestion and can even turn back the aging of our brains. (It seems Hippocrates was right when he said “walking is the best medicine.”)
